- Is 4-4-2 magazine real?I've paid for a year's subscription but three months later no magazine. If you want this magazine strongly consider going to your local bookstore and do not risk throwing away your money here.

- Great for the soccer mad man in your lifeFor the soccer mad guy who has everything this is a great magazine to subscribe to. I got it for my hubby who is a mad Liverpool fan and he read and rereads this magazine and passes it to his friends. We live in the USA and can only get this by subscription. It is like the equivalent of People mag. for guys - full of gossip and facts.

- Great Magazine Just Don't Count On Ever Getting It!!!Four Four Two is a great magazine. It has great stories by some of the best football writers and is also often very funny. I have learned a great deal about the game reading it. Unfortunately, I still have not received an issue through my Amazon order. Completely ridiculous. I tried to contact the outside company on at least 3 occasions and did not ... Read More

- The best stuff happens off the pitchI love this magazine because the articles can make you howl with laughter (and they printed my e-mail!). It is very corporate and flashy but the columns, letters, and monstrous close-up photos give it a lot of personality. The information is sometimes a bit dodgy. And in the "Boy's a bit special" section, I've been reading 442 for 9 years and ... Read More

- Second best but not badFourFourTwo is full of ads and reflects the corporate side of our national game. The interviews are often anodyne and it tends to concentrate on the big clubs. When Saturday Comes is better reflecting football culture in all its various forms, unfortunately you'll have to search for it stateside. That said, this is ok and, in the land of the ball game, it must be manna from heaven.
