scale was just what I wanted for my daughter for christmas. Her and Her husband process their own deer, and this makes weighing so much easier. She liked it because she could use Her own bowl to measure or weight with. I would purchase it again for a gift.

This is a great little scale. It's small enough to leave out on my counter and not get in the way. It's very easy to use. The only thing you need to be aware of is if you are using a plate or wide bowl on the scale it can be difficult to read the screen. I would recommend this scale to anyone looking for a kitchen scale.

This scale is great. I can weigh the container, add the food, reweigh, subtract the container weight and know exactly what I am putting into my recipe. This little scale is extremely easy to use, easy to clean and easy for me to read without my glasses! I am a professional cook who tests a lot of recipes. Ingredient proportions by weight are the most accurate--especially in baking. The 11 pound capacity of this scale makes it perfect for weighing small batch commercial test batches of dough (5 to 10 pounds). I use it for portion control recipes and portioning out bulk items.
