- Just stick with your blender...Okay, we gave it a chance. We knew we were taking a risk when we bought the Magic Bullet. Even though it seemed too good to be true, we figured we'd give it a try since the reviews were mixed. Maybe we'd have good results. - Not a durable productI bought the Magic bullet because I like the compact size which is perfect for preparing baby food. It functioned greatly in the initial use. However, after only a few times, the base broke down and I have to send for replacement under the limited 1 yr warranty. Their customer service was not that responsive in returning emails. I did not try to call them as I bought a KidCo Food Mill later.
