Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Plug it in and it works!
One's expectations for little devices like this one is that one can just plug it in and it works. That was the case. It came out of the box, I hooked it up, and voila! Granted, my application is a simple home Ethernet distribution, but isn't that all the more reason for this device to "just work"?

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Good choice for home or small office
Installation was trouble free and simple. . I am using this with a D-Link DGS-2208 8-port switch connected to 2 PCs, 3 Macs, Apple Time Capsule, DroboShare and HP OfficeJet. No problems and great performance.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Fanless Works With Jumbo Frames Great!
This is an excellent switch and fortunately has no fans to fail and make noise. I own several of these and they have been reliable.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Groovy
Works great... good price. What more can I say? (granted I didn't do any super geeky bandwidth testing, but works fine)

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - works perfect with minor cons
Pros
- low power as advertised - measured the power consumption using kill-a-watt with 2 NAS connected to the switch. The reading was 2 Watt. Swapped the switch to Netgear GS605 (5-port gigabit switch), the reading was 5 Watt. D-link also really does power saving, I disconnect one NAS from the switch, power drops to 1 Watt, and I disconnect the last NAS, power reading drops to 0 Watt. Since I NAS running 24/7, power saving is important as it adds up the cost, I dumped m Netgear gigabit switch ... Read More
