Their guitar is nice, but my pack didn't contain the picks and tuner. I was pretty disappointed on Christmas morning when my boyfirend wanted to play, and he didn't have a tuner. We decided it wasn't worth the trouble to send it backc, because he wanted to use it. So we had to go buy a tuner instead. Everything else was fine.

It's a great guitar but since it's for begginners I think they should of atleast put a extra pair of strings with the package.

I got the package as a gift and it is as expected. Easy to follow instructions in the book with a cd to help you along. If you are new to playing the guitar this is a nice set up. I had a little trouble with the electronic tuner and am still not sure if its working properly, but I was able to tune the guitar between using the cd and the tuner. This seems like a great kit, but it came wrapped in plastic wrap and a few pieces in cardboard in it's RETAIL BOX ONLY. NO special foam hardly ANYTHING to protect the guitar should the box get slammed around in transit. I'm not the least bit surprised that other people reported damage if this is how they ship their instruments. This also meant that when it came in the mail it was OBVIOUS what I was buying my husband for Christmas and the surprise was ruined. I'll consider myself lucky when he opens ... Read More

Having little to no knowledge about guitars, I did some basic research on guitar packages before deciding to purchase this set. I'm older and wasn't sure if I really wanted to go through the work to learn the guitar, but I did want to try, so I was looking for a nice "all in one" package to get me started without spending lots of money.
